Colliers Expands South Florida Platform With Appointment Of SVP

Colliers announced that Ben Bruner, CCIM, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President in South Florida.

Based in Colliers’ Boca Raton office, Bruner brings more than 15 years of experience advising occupiers, investors, and property owners across the industrial, office, and retail sectors, with expertise spanning tenant representation, site selection, and investment sales.

“Ben has built an exceptional reputation across South Florida through years of trusted client relationships, strategic insight, and consistent execution,” said Dustin Ballard, managing director and market leader for South Florida. “His deep understanding of the region’s evolving commercial real estate landscape, combined with an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving developed as a former business owner, makes him a tremendous asset to our clients and our team.”

Bruner joins Colliers with a strong track record advising occupiers, investors, and property owners on complex real estate initiatives. Throughout his career, he has completed more than $500 million in lease and sale transactions. He has represented publicly traded companies, private equity funds, institutional landlords, and corporate occupiers across a variety of asset types.

Most recently, Bruner served as President and broker of record of Bruner Group, an independent commercial real estate firm headquartered in Palm Beach County. Before founding the company in 2019, he held leadership roles at Nationwide Industrial Real Estate, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer, where he helped expand the firm’s service offerings and contributed to its recognition on the National Real Estate Investor Top Brokers list.

“Joining Colliers is an exciting opportunity to align with a best-in-class platform that combines deep market expertise, a collaborative culture, and an unwavering focus on client success,” said Bruner. “I look forward to leveraging the firm’s resources and relationships to create value for occupiers, investors, and property owners while supporting Colliers’ continued growth across South Florida.”
