Kurv Industrial Appoints Camilo Rios As Senior Vice President, Development, Miami Region

Kurv Industrial, a private, vertically integrated industrial real estate investment and operating firm, announced the appointment of Camilo Rios as Senior Vice President, Development, Miami region. He will oversee Kurv’s development activities across the region, where the firm has acquired more than 800 acres across 24 transactions since 2012 with more than 12 million square feet of Class A industrial space delivered or currently under construction.

Mr. Rios brings over 20 years of development experience across the South Florida market, with a history of successfully advancing complex industrial projects and navigating the unique dynamics of the region. He has expertise in land acquisition, entitlement, construction, and project delivery, all of which will support the firm’s robust development pipeline and long-term growth strategy across Florida.

Prior to joining Kurv, Mr. Rios served as SVP, Development at McCraney Property Company, where he oversaw all development projects across Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. His previous experience includes leading South Florida development for Link Logistics Real Estate and Flagler Development.

Mr. Rios, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York, NY.
