Meat Packing Company To Relocate For The First Time Since 1925, Inks 42,000 SF Lease In Royal Palm Beach

CBRE has arranged a new 42,143-square-foot lease at 1131 N. State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach, on behalf of Bush Brothers Provision Company, a fifth-generation family-owned meat packing and distribution company.

The West Palm Beach-based company will relocate for the first time since 1925 and occupy the space within Royal Palm Logistics Center in Q3 2024.

Kirk Nelson, Robert Smith, and Jeff Kelly with CBRE represented the tenant in lease negotiations. The developer is McCraney Property Company.

Established in 1925, Bush Brothers Provision Company initially operated as a local grocery store and meat market. Bush Brothers Provision Company will use the new location within Royal Palm Logistics Center for offices, cold storage areas, and meat cutting and packaging facilities within its temperature-controlled environment.

The company is expected to create 25 new positions in addition to its existing 65-person workforce.

Royal Palm Logistics Center features 32-foot clearance heights, ESFR sprinkler system, dock high and grade level loading, and easy access to Interstate 95.
