Miami Airport West Industrial Facility Sells For $16.25 Million

NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale announced the $16.25 million sale of an industrial facility at 7355 NW 41st Street in Miami’s Airport West submarket.

Jeremy S. Larkin, CEO and Co-Chairman, and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR, Executive Vice President, of NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale represented the seller, 7355 NW 41 Street LLC. Inn On The Square LLC acquired the property.

The two-story, 95,342-square-foot facility sits on approximately 2.63 acres and featured a layout designed to accommodate specialized operations.

“The property’s size, configuration, construction and location appealed to the buyer. They were looking for a specific size and type of building ready to be repurposed for the buyer’s needs,” said Larkin.
