NAI Miami Duo Negotiates $8 Million Purchase Of Miami Industrial Asset

NAI Miami‘s Lucia Custer and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR, negotiated the purchase of a 123,381-square-foot industrial facility on behalf of the buyer, a flower distribution company.
The building, located at 7000 Northwest 25^th Street in Miami, was purchased for $8 million.
The seller, Papix Corporation, was represented by Cornerstone International Realty.
