Aerospace Company Moves Logistics Operations To Jupiter Industrial Facility

Alaris Aerospace Systems has signed a 129,000-square-foot lease at Corporate Logistics Center in Jupiter, giving the aerospace parts distributor a new base for warehousing, distribution and office operations in northern Palm Beach County.

The company, which distributes engine components and supports aviation supply chains, is relocating from Pompano Beach. The move places Alaris inside the Palm Beach Park of Commerce, a large industrial business park that has become a key logistics hub for users seeking modern warehouse space, access to regional transportation routes and room to scale.

Corporate Logistics Center totals 252,848 square feet at 15791 Corporate Circle, near the western edge of Jupiter and close to Beeline Highway and Pratt Whitney Road. The Class A facility includes 36-foot clear heights, 48 dock-high doors, trailer parking and outdoor storage, features aimed at distribution and logistics users with heavier operational needs.

The seven-year lease was announced by landlords Woodmont Industrial Partners and Butters Group. Yuri Quispe and Peter Johnston of JLL represented ownership, while Lee Johnson of Florida Real Estate Growth Services represented Alaris.

The lease marks a significant occupancy gain for the building, which was completed in 2023. With Alaris taking roughly half of the property, about 123,245 square feet remains available.

The deal also stands out against a softer Palm Beach County industrial leasing backdrop. While rents have held relatively steady, recent absorption has been limited, making a lease of this size a notable win for the landlords and a sign that specialized logistics users are still willing to commit to modern, well-located space.

For Alaris, the Jupiter facility is part of a broader operational shift toward consolidating its U.S. warehouse network into a single fulfillment center designed to improve efficiency, inventory control and customer service.
