CIASF Announces 2025-2026 Officers

The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) announced its new 2025-2025 Board of Directors.

Ted Elam, Principal at Foundry Commercial, will serve as president for the distinguished real estate organization, known for its comprehensive industrial, office, and real estate finance reports.

Elam succeeds George Pino, CEO of State Street Realty, who served as the organization’s President from 2024-2025.

“It is an honor to be elected president of an organization that has taken such a large role in enriching and growing my career,” said Elam. “South Florida’s real estate industry is in the midst of an exciting new era, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to help usher in this next phase for CIASF.” 

Supporting Elam in his new role will be:

• Vice President – Merritt Etner, Vice President of Asset Management at Link Logistics
• Treasurer – Ryan Sharpe, Director of Operations at Sharpe Developments
• Secretary – Luis Castillo, Senior Managing Director at JLL

Most recently, CIASF held its annual Industrial Event & Trade Show and released a detailed report highlighting market trends. Presented by Sebastian Juncadella of Fairchild Partners and Diego Juncadella of Lincoln Property Company, the event featured an engaging panel discussion with industry experts.
