JLL has been selected to lease Miami International Commerce Center (MICC) on behalf of the new owner, Link Logistics.
The landmark business park totals approximately 3.6 million square feet and is home to more than 350 companies. Situated at 8181 NW 14th St. in Doral, the property is considered one of the premier business parks in Miami-Dade as it is strategically located near the Palmetto (SR-826) and Dolphin (SR-836) Expressways and is under two miles from Miami International Airport (MIA).
Link Logistics, the operator and owner of the largest U.S.-only portfolio of logistics real estate, added MICC to its portfolio in July 2022. The firm plans to enhance the property by modernizing it through both sustainable and aesthetic improvements. The property upgrades will include retrofitting warehouse spaces with LED lighting and block-by-block painting of all buildings within the property.

The JLL team handling the leasing on behalf of Link Logistics is led by Brian Smith, Executive Managing Director; Audley Bosch, Senior Managing Director; Matt Maciag, Senior Vice President; Juan Mazuera, Senior Associate; and Edwin Morales, Senior Associate.
Comprised mostly of warehouse/industrial spaces ranging from 800 to 148,000 square feet, the park is designed to provide companies with flexibility to grow and expand within the park.
