CBRE Capital Markets arranged the sale a 209,000-square-foot industrial/office property on behalf of W.P. Carey & Co. LLC. The single-tenant asset, net leased to B/E Aerospace, was purchased by UBS for $26 million.
The property includes a 156,820-square-foot bulk warehouse with 15.3% office build-out (20,640 sq. ft.) and a three-story, 52,180-square-foot office building. Built in 2000, the buildings are located at 1000 and 10000 NW 15th Terrace, within the International Corporate Park in Miami’s Airport West/Doral submarket.

Institutional Group in South Florida were joined by Vice Chairman Chris Riley and Vice President Brian Budnick of
CBRE’s Institutional Group in Atlanta in marketing the asset for sale and negotiating the transaction on behalf of W.P. Carey & Co. LLC.
