Real estate development company Mancini & Sons Florida, LLC has retained full-service commercial real estate firm Berger Commercial Realty to manage and lease a portfolio of 220,667 square-feet in Broward County.
Berger Commercial Realty Broker Associate Roxanna Collins and Sales Associate Catalina Garcia are managing leasing for the portfolio, which consists of 11 flex, office and industrial buildings, plus a vacant parcel of land, in Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. Berger Commercial Realty Property Manager Wendy Collins will oversee the portfolio’s operations.
The Mancini & Sons portfolio consists of:

  • the Enterprise Commerce Center, located at 1801 and 1901 Green Road, 5051 N.W. 13th Ave. and 1500 Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach;
  • the Crystal Park, located at 1899 -1941 N.W. 40th Court in Pompano Beach;
  • the Maaco Building, located at 1825 Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach;
  • and a vacant parcel of land in Deerfield Beach at the northwest corner of Wiles Road and Powerline Road.

Enterprise Commerce Center has 65,145 square-feet of contiguous space available and features high-dock industrial space, 24-foot ceiling heights and dock- level doors. The other properties can accommodate tenants seeking space from 2,000 square-feet to 10,000 square-feet in size.

“We are proud that Mancini & Sons has entrusted these family assets to us,” said Lloyd Berger, founder and president of Berger Commercial Realty. “Built by David Mancini’s father, we recognize that these properties are more meaningful than simple brick-and-mortar buildings, and we look forward to preserving and enhancing the value of this portfolio for the Mancini family today and for generations to come.”

The Mancini portfolio is the third significant property management assignment that Berger Commercial Realty has received in the past 30 days. On Sept. 26, the firm was hired to lease and manage a 280,000-square-foot office portfolio in Palm Beach County after it represented Kendall Properties in purchasing the portfolio for $24 million. On Oct. 1, Weiner hired the firm to manage the Parkway Professional Building in Miramar and the Hollywood Professional Building in Hollywood, an assignment of nearly 70,000 square feet.
