Berger Commercial Realty Facilitates Sale Of Industrial Property In Davie
Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International announced the successful sale of an industrial property located at 7051 SW 21 Place in Davie for $4,200,000, or approximately $386 per square foot.
The transaction closed June 18.
Joseph Byrnes, Senior Vice President with Berger Commercial Realty, represented the seller, 7051 Holdings, LLC, in the deal. The buyer, Michael Roberts, was represented by Tommy Gil of Industrial Advisors.
The property features a 10,886-square-foot industrial building situated on a 36,292-square-foot land parcel, with premier functionality including 28-foot clear ceiling height, dock-high and grade-level loading doors, and paved and drained outside storage—a rare combination in the Broward industrial market.
“This deal is a great example of how strategic marketing and deep local market knowledge can create a successful outcome for both buyer and seller,” said Byrnes. “The property’s functionality, size, and location made it a highly attractive opportunity in a tight industrial market.”
The building has a storied history, having been built in 1980 and continuously occupied for over four decades by a three-generation moving company. The buyer, Michael Roberts, plans to relocate his fourth-generation family business from Miami-Dade County to this new location in Davie, marking a significant expansion and investment in Broward County.
Berger Commercial Realty continues to lead the South Florida commercial real estate market with expert representation and results-driven service across leasing, investment sales, and property management.
