Berger Commercial Realty Expands Brokerage Team, Hires Senior Vice President
Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International, one of South Florida’s largest independently owned and operated commercial real estate firms, announced the hiring of Senior Vice President William L. (Bill) McGee III.
McGee will help as part of Berger’s investment sales, land brokerage and acquisitions and dispositions services for both corporate clients and private investors. Bill is a Fort Lauderdale native and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) majoring in Public Administration.
With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate including managing programs for REO rehabilitation as well as innovative programs aimed at selling and purchasing development sites, office, medical, retail, ranch, agricultural, recreational, mobile home and RV resort properties commercially throughout Florida, McGee joins Berger Commercial’s Fort Lauderdale office from JLL where he served as a Director for the Capital Markets Group investment sales advisory team.
Bill participated as the Florida lead for the southeast land team focused on large acreage transactions across Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas with a core focus working with clients on acreage transaction and development rights opportunities ranging from urban infill development sites to large master-planned community sites including manufactured housing communities to development opportunities.
