Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Vice President Jonathan Thiel, Sales Associates Daniel Forman and Senior Vice President Keith R. Graves, CCIM, represented the landlord, Seagis Property Group LP, in executing thel leases.
Jonathan’s first few years in the business have resulted in securing numerous listings, multiple closed sales representing both sellers and buyers, successful representation of landlords in leasing medical, office, and warehouse spaces, and successful tenant representation assignments. He has since assisted in the development of the Berger Industrial Team which primarily focuses on flex and industrial properties.
Leslie will be overseeing 16 buildings totaling 840,063 square feet in the Seagis portfolio within Broward and Dade Counties.
The newest team member will help as part of Berger’s investment sales, land brokerage and acquisitions and dispositions services for both corporate clients and private investors.

In business for 23 years with offices located in Fort Lauderdale, Miramar and Boynton Beach, Berger Commercial Realty currently leases and manages the 100,316-square-foot, 7-story Class A office building, soon to be the new home of the company.
