Berger Commercial Realty Welcomes Senior Property Manager
Berger Commercial Realty has announced the appointment of Nancy Palazzo, CPM®, as Senior Property Manager. Palazzo brings more than a decade of leadership experience overseeing commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate portfolios, with a focus on operational efficiency, financial performance and asset value enhancement.
Prior to joining Berger Commercial Realty, Palazzo served as Asset & Third-Party Manager at Brickbox Management in Fort Lauderdale, where she provided oversight of commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties. Her responsibilities included lease administration, financial reporting, tenant relations, vendor management and common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations.
Previously, Palazzo served as Vice President of Operations at Philadelphia-based GY Properties, where she directed operations and asset strategies for a multistate real estate portfolio valued at more than $500 million. During her tenure, she implemented initiatives focused on operational improvements, cost management, regulatory compliance and tenant satisfaction.
Her professional background also includes leadership roles with MultiPro Property Solutions in Boca Raton, Homeless Solutions Inc. in New Jersey, and Silbert Realty and Management, where she managed commercial, retail and mixed-use properties.
Palazzo holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) designations. She earned a bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University in New Jersey.
In her new role, Palazzo will support Berger Commercial Realty’s property management operations, drawing on her experience in portfolio oversight, financial management, tenant relations and operational strategy to enhance service delivery and maximize long-term asset performance for property owners.
Her appointment further strengthens Berger Commercial Realty’s property management capabilities as the firm continues serving commercial property owners and investors throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
