Berger Commercial's Byrnes, Dabrowksi Negotiate 20,000 SF Office Lease

Berger Commercial Realtybyrnes dabrowski Vice President Joseph Byrnes and Sales Associate Robert Dabrowski represented Congress Properties & Investments, LLC in a lease renewal and expansion for a combined 20,145 square-feet of office space to VendorNet, Inc., a web-based fulfillment solutions company.
Berger Commercial Realty
represented the landlord in the purchase of the Woolbright Corporate Center as part of a portfolio acquisition last year. Since then, Byrnes and Dabrowski have grown its occupancy by 25 percent.
 

“The property is in close proximity to I-95 and public transit, which was very important for the tenant,” Byrnes said. “VendorNet has experienced a great deal of growth, and we were happy to facilitate its renewal and expansion on behalf of the landlord. This transaction exemplifies our role in maintaining long-term professional relationships between landlords and tenants and providing high-quality and consistent service over many years.”

Woolbright Corporate Center is located at 1901 and 1903 S. Congress Ave. in Boynton Beach. The two four-story office buildings total 100,347 square feet and sit on 2.52 acres of land. The two buildings are currently undergoing full renovations.
