Berger Commercial Realty’s Thiel, Graves and Forman Rep Buyer In Purchase Of Small Bay Industrial Property

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Vice President Jonathan Thiel, Senior Vice President Keith R. Graves, CCIM and Sales Associates Daniel Forman represented the buyer, Biddle Capital Investments, LLC, in the purchase of a small bay industrial property located at 3298 NE 11th Ave in Oakland Park.

Cinco Zetas, LLC, which was represented by Christian Perlini with Total Real Estate Consultants, sold the property for $720,000.

The deal closed January 21.

The building, which includes 4 small bay warehouses and one apartment on the second-floor totals 4,563 square feet and is situated on 6,188 square feet of land.

“The Buyer plans to make capital improvements to the property,” explained Thiel. “These small bay warehouses/apartment properties are rare and great investments to have in today’s market.”
