Brenner's Messina, DePotter Represent Buyer In WBP Office Building Purchase
Peter Messina, SFR, CCIM, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, and Brian DePotter, CCIM, Commercial Associate, represented Philadelphia Church of the Newborns, Inc., a 10-year-old church, in the $2,750,000 purchase of a 20,125-square-foot office building at 3223 Commerce Place in West Palm Beach.
The deal closed September 27.
According to Messina, the buyer chose the site for its location and suitability as a house of faith.
The seller, 3223 Commerce Place, LLC, was represented by Richard Kaufman of Strategic Realty Services, LLC.
