Brokers Sell Property For Third Time: Latest Sale Fetches $3 Million
A 44-unit Lauderhill apartment community, Enclave Apartments, located at at 2221 NW 58th Avenue in Lauderhill, has sold for $3,230,000 in an “all cash” transaction.
Enclave Hills, LLC sold the property to a Honduras buyer on January 15.
Randy North and Dilcia Pankonin of Capital Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. North is the President and Broker at Hallandale Beach-based Capital Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. Pankonin oversees the international section of Capital Commercial’s Apartment division.
Capital Commercial also sold the property in 2001 for $1,450,000 and in 2012 $2,350,000.
At $73,409 per unit, the sale price of Enclave Apartments sets a record for a non-condominium residential transaction in Lauderhill, according to Matthew Jacocks, real estate analyst.
