Butters, State Street Close 3rd Deal At Miami Midway Park, Welcome 27,000 SF Tenant

Butters Realty & Management (BRM) and State Street Realty (SSR),  both leading Southeast Florida based industrial brokerage advisory firms, have leased another 27,430 square feet of industrial space to General Components International, LLC at Miami Midway Park located in Hialeah.

General Components is expected to occupy the west end of Building 2 in August when their custom office space will be completed. As a result, Miami Midway Park, a Class “A” industrial business park located at 9695 NW 174 Street is now an impressive 52% pre-leased.  Upon completion Miami Midway Park shall consist of approximately 505,518 square feet of Class “A” industrial space in four buildings. All four buildings will be delivered in a few weeks.

Prior to leasing space in Building 2 to General Components, BRM & SSR leased all of Building 3 – 181,051 square feet – to Logistics Plus, which has recently occupied under a TCO and a portion of Building 1 –  51,788 square feet to GLB Solutions, which has also recently occupied.

The industrial park consists of four (4) new and highly efficient Class “A” warehouse distribution buildings which include 32’ clear height, ESFR fire sprinklers, dock height loading with a typical bay having 4 docks, newly built high ceiling office areas with lots of glass and natural light, R-19 insulated roof deck, and capability for EV charging stations throughout the Park.

Miami Midway Park is strategically located between Miami-Dade and Broward Counties with access to 83% of South Florida’s 6.1M residents within a 60-minute drive time. MMP has easy access to all major highways and will have a brand new Turnpike Exit directly to the Park within the next several months.
