Butters’ Tom Hotz Closes Sale Of 26,000-SF Freestanding Office/Warehouse Building

Butters Realty & Management’s Tom Hotz represented RJS Ventures, Inc., a Florida corporation, in the sale of its 26,288-square-foot, freestanding office/warehouse building on 2.08 acres located at 590 Goolsby Boulevard in Deerfield Beach.

The buyer, CRDP Holdings, LLC d/b/a Allphase Construction USA, a local roofing and construction contractor, purchased the 1996-built facility for $4.5 million and intends to use the property for its corporate offices and operation.
