Carnival Cruise Lines Renews 63,000 SF
Carnival Cruise Lines has signed a 73-month office lease for about 63,000 square feet in the Huntington Square building at 3400 Lakeside Drive in Miramar.
Caroline Fleischer of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the tenant. Steve Rowley of Liberty Property Trust represented the landlord in-house.
The six-story office building, which was built in 1990, totals 120,130 square feet.
