CITY Furniture, one of Florida’s largest home furnishing retailers, continues its noteworthy expansion across the state and signed a long-term lease to fully occupy Building C. The national Top 25 furniture retail company will utilize the space as a new distribution center.
Gian Rodriguez, Wayne Ramoski and Skyler Stein of Cushman & Wakefield represented four different landlords in the marketing and lease negotiations of the assets, which are spread across four different submarkets.
The three-building, nearly 600,000-square-foot Class-A industrial park is 72% preleased and on schedule to be delivered in the third quarter of 2021.
The buyer is one of the largest retail beauty products, wig and human hair extension suppliers in the United States. It owns and operates 22 retail locations throughout the South Florida tri-county area and Tampa.
The newly completed buildings are already 100% leased with five tenants.
The asset sold for $3,000,000.
