CBRE To Lease Prime South Beach Office Building

CBRE has won the leasing assignment for 350 Lincoln Road, a 50,000-square-foot office building in the heart of South Beach. The property features office space geared toward co-working operators or a new-to-market headquarter requirement.

Maggie Kurtz, Kevin Gonzalez and Jake Freeman of CBRE are leasing the building on behalf of the landlord.

“With new-to-market firms desiring to relocate to South Florida, 350 Lincoln is poised for immediate occupancy in the most sought-after location in South Beach,” said Kurtz, Senior Vice President with CBRE.

350 Lincoln blends historical attributes with modern amenities, including energy efficient and hurricane impact windows, along with a state-of-the-art security system. It also features a renovated lobby, restrooms, and corridor. This building offers a unique opportunity with the office components recent CAPEX of more than $5 million, offering upgraded electrical loads and high-speed communications.

While 2020 was a challenging year for the office sector across the U.S., South Florida has shown incredible resilience. The market currently is seeing an influx of inquiries from out-of-market tenants, especially financial and technology firms. It’s not just office tenants relocating to South Florida, but also new residents, a trend only accelerated by the pandemic.
