Chef Clay Conley’s Buccan To Make Coral Gables Debut In New 10,000 SF Space

Coral Gables is set to welcome Chef Clay Conley‘s acclaimed Buccan, known for its inventive American cuisine and nominated for the prestigious James Beard Award.

Having already captivated affluent residents in the ritzy island of Palm Beach with its first location, Buccan will add culinary excellence to the heart of Coral Gables.

“100 Miracle Mile is in one of the most preeminent locations within Coral Gables and will serve as a cultural and business hub for top-tier dining, retail, residential and office space,” said Alberto J. Perez, managing principal at MAS^AJP, which owns the property. “We’re excited for Buccan to open and this opportunity to introduce Miami to their exquisite culinary creations.”

Buccan Coral Gables is scheduled to open its doors in early 2025 at 100 Miracle Mile. Buccan recently signed a lease to occupy close to 10,000 square feet on the ground floor of a 37,000-square-foot office building currently under construction, as confirmed by MAS^AJP, the property owner overseeing construction through its affiliate, Poncecat Miracle Mile LLC. The new five-story building is expected to be completed early next year.

Day Pitney Attorney Daniel Diaz Leyva, who handled the transaction on behalf of AJP, said the lease sends a significant message to the Coral Gables submarket.
