Codina Partners, Affinius Capital Completely Lease Out Beacon Logistics Park

Codina Partners and Affinius Capital have fully leased Beacon Logistics Park, the 1.3 million square foot  industrial park in Hialeah.

Major tenants include Cargill, Unified Logistic Services Inc., All Florida Paper, Custom Veterinary Services, All Glass Production  and the latest addition, Makita Latin America, which all sought strategically located and customized industrial space perfectly suited to foment growth.

The Class A distribution and logistics center, located at NW 145th Place and NW 107th Avenue, is within Free Trade Zone 281 and is able to accommodate tenants’ foreign trade zone needs. The master-planned industrial development, managed by the seasoned team of professionals at Codina Partners, is located within proximity to Okeechobee Rd. (US 27), the Florida Turnpike, the Palmetto Expressway and I-75, providing easy access to all of Miami-Dade County and Broward County.

Hialeah has seen an industrial boom in recent years with 30 million square feet of warehouses and manufacturing plants boasting a vacancy rate of only 1.7 percent, which ranks the lowest amongst the Miami-area submarkets. The City of Hialeah is also the sixth largest municipality in Florida, serving over 224,000 residents.
