Company Specializing In Decorative Surfaces Planning To Construct 56,000-SF Building In Coral Springs

A company specializing in decorative surfaces is planning to construct a new 56,000-square-foot building in Coral Springs’ corporate park.

The three-story building on vacant land will be the new U.S. headquarters of Decoral System, according to a city of Coral Springs spokeswoman.

The building, featuring industrial and office space, will be at the southwest corner of Coral Ridge Drive and NW 39 Street.

There’s no set date yet for the start of construction, but it’s anticipated to begin soon, the spokeswoman said.

According to the company’s LinkedIn profile, Decoral System USA is the American division of the VIV Group in Verona, Italy.

The company has more than 40 years of experience in “research, development and manufacturing of decorative powder coating systems.”
