Continental Realty Corporation Acquires Office Depot Retail Store

Continental Realty Corporation acquired the Office Depot retail store located at 101 S. State Road 7 from the Ann McPherson Trust for $5.05 million, or about $167 per square foot.
The retail building of 30,321 square feet was constructed in 2000.
James Devincenti of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. The buyer was not represented.
