Cresa South Florida Welcomes New Senior Advisor

Cresa welcomes Zach Wendelin as Advisor in the South Florida office.
He joins Cresa South Florida as a Senior Advisor with 8 years of experience in commercial real estate totaling over 2 million square feet of leasing and sales experience and more than 350 transactions.
Mr. Wendelin’s background is with Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and most recently ComReal, where he was a Senior Director specializing in tenant representation.
Mr. Wendelin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications for the University of Miami and has served in the Navy (search and rescue).Mr. Wendelin will add value to the strong collaborative environment prevalent in Cresa South Florida’s team, where professionals are encouraged to maximize their expertise.
