Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $22.3M Sale Of Floor & Decor Showroom/Warehouse Facility In Coral Springs

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $22,300,000 sale of a 106,289 square-foot showroom/warehouse facility occupied by Floor & Decor in Coral Springs.

Mike Davis, Dominic Montazemi, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, and Greg Miller of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Midtown Group, in the transaction. The building was acquired by NorthBridge.

Rick Etner, Matthew McAllister, Christopher Thomson, and Chris Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team also supported the sale process.

Located within Coral Springs Commerce Park at 11711 W Sample Rd., the Floor & Decor facility boasts over 1,198 feet of prime frontage at the high-traffic intersection of West Sample Road and Coral Ridge Drive. The facility features a fully climate-controlled and insulated environment, upgraded roof and metal deck, 26-foot clear heights, two dock-high loading positions, an oversized grade-level door, and heavy power capacity of 4,500 amps.

Floor & Decor has been utilizing the space as a retail showroom that provides customers with a unique warehouse-style shopping experience and direct access to high-quality flooring products including tile, wood, laminate, and stone.
