Cushman & Wakefield Expands South Florida Industrial Practice With CBRE Alum

Cushman & Wakefield is expanding its South Florida industrial practice with the addition of Andrew Fernandez and Nicolas Palazzo as Managing Directors.

The duo will be based in the firm’s Miami office and specialize in industrial brokerage and advisory services.

Fernandez and Palazzo will join the existing industrial brokerage team that includes the team’s most senior member Vice Chair Wayne Ramoski, Managing Director Skylar Stein and Associate Ivanna Leitner-Perez. Together, they will continue and expand the success of the team and pave the way for the future of Cushman & Wakefield in South Florida’s industrial market.

Fernandez and Palazzo come from CBRE where they worked together on the Industrial & Logistics Services team in Miami. They specialized in landlord and tenant representation, as well as off-market sales of industrial properties throughout the South Florida market, working on transactions in 2023 totaling over $150 million in value and representing clients such as DB Schenker, AGI Group, EdgeConnex, Realterm, Faropoint, Terreno, Sagard and Bridge Industrial, among many others.
