Cushman & Wakefield Grows West Palm Presence With 3 Key Hires

As part of its continued growth plans in South Florida, Cushman & Wakefield announced the hiring of Matthew McAllister as Associate Director in Industrial Brokerage; Michael Gerrior as Senior Associate in the Commercial Office Leasing practice; and Jo Ann Holl as Sr. Property Manager – all three will be based in West Palm Beach.

Matthew McAllister joins the existing broker team consisting of Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, Christopher Thomson, Julie Miller and Danielle Patterson.  Matthew was previously with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman since 2009.  Prior to that he worked with Investments Limited.  Matthew graduated from N.C. State University where he majored in Business Management.
Michael Gerrior formerly practiced residential real estate for several years, and brings a working knowledge of and longstanding relationships in the Treasure Coast market.  Prior to entering into real estate, Michael was a Space Design Analyst with Brookfield Properties (commercial) from 2008 through 2010.   Michael attended Palm Beach College, Northern Virginia Community College, and enlisted with the US Army Airborne School in Fort Benning, Georgia.     This addition to the South Florida team will further advance C&W’s footprint into northern Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast areas.
Jo Ann Holl brings 28+ years of commercial real estate and property management experience with her.  Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jo Ann was a Senior Property Manager with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc.  During her 6 years there, she was responsible for 7 Class A and 1 B class office buildings in Palm Beach Gardens. From 2003 to 2006, she was with Taylor Mathis of Florida, LLC as Senior Property Manager overseeing class A and B office buildings and office parks in the Coral Gables and Hollywood area.  Before moving to South Florida, Jo Ann lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she worked for several commercial property management outfits.    Jo Ann graduated from the University of Wisconsin, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
