Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 30,000-SF Office Lease

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new 30,206-square-foot lease with Crown Castle USA Inc. at Plantation Corporate Center I in Plantation.

Travis Herring and Katherine Ridgway of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, IP Capital, in the lease negotiations. Crown Castle owns, operates and leases more than 40,000 cell towers and approximately 80,000 route miles of fiber supporting small cells and fiber solutions across every major U.S. market.

“Plantation Corporate Center has become a very desirable option for new-to-market companies in South Florida as well as existing companies looking to upgrade their office environment and location,” Herring said. “Offering tenants a market-leading office environment and an incredible location directly in the middle of the Tri-County area, Plantation Corporate Center is the place to be to attract and retain talent.”

Located at 1600-1601 SW 80th Terrace, Plantation Corporate Center offers proximity to restaurants and retailers, as well as easy access to Interstates 595, 75 and 95 and Florida’s Turnpike. The two four-story buildings total 240,000 square feet. Ownership is planning significant renovation work to begin in mid-2022, including lobby and common area modernization, exterior updates and added amenities. The properties offer a 5/1,000 parking ratio and lake views.
