Dax International Inks 20,000 SF Lease Deal

Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR and Lucia Custer of NAI Miami, negotiated a 63-month lease at MegaCenter Palmetto Industrial Park, located at 8600 NW South River Drive in Medley, on behalf of Dax International.
The lease was valued at approximately $850,000.

Dax International Brokers Inc. owns and distributes “DAX” kitchen and bath products, including high quality sinks and faucets.
