Miami Marlins Names NAI Miami Exclusive Leasing Agent

Jeremy S. Larkin, President of NAI Miami announced the firm was named the exclusive leasing agent for Miami Marlins Ballpark Retail Space owned by the City of Miami.
The retail space is 53,281 square feet located in the ground floor level of three of the four parking garages the Marlins Ballpark.  The retail area consists of street front along N.W. 7^th Street and plaza retail wrapping around the main entry plaza to the ballpark.
Jeremy Larkin and Lisa Tenn will spearhead the leasing effort.
NAI Miami will work closely with the stakeholders to enhance the synergies allowing for maximum profitability, as well as to create a complimentary environment.
