NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale Closes On 4.2-Acre Hialeah Gardens Industrial Land

NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale announced the closing of a 4.2-acre industrial land parcel sale located at 13951 NW 109^th Avenue in Hialeah Gardens for $9,600,000.

Representing the seller, Todd Bowman of Bowman Trailer Leasing, were David Oxios, CCIM, Vice President; Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR, Executive Vice President; and Lucia Custer, Executive Vice President, all from NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale.

The client had an interest in selling the property but requested to keep it off-market.

“Luckily our team was able to find a qualified buyer represented by Enrique Jordan and Miguelangel Salazar-Pesce of Central Commercial Real Estate & East Coast Properties,” said Oxios. “There were several hurdles to get to the finish line, but ultimately, we were successful in helping our client accomplish his goal.”
