Exec Suite Operator Quest Workspaces Opens New 12,000 SF Center

Office suite operator Quest Workspaces is expanding its portfolio to include West Palm Beach.
The new 12,000-square-foot space is in the Northbridge Centre Tower at 515 N. Flagler Drive on the Intracoastal Waterway. It includes office suites and conference room rentals in the historic downtown.
The expansion represents Quest’s sixth location in less than three years and is its second location in Palm Beach County. All but the space in New York’s historic Time-Life building are in South Florida, said Quest CEO and founder Laura Kozelouzek.
Prior to Quest, Kozelouzek founded Synergy Workplaces in 2004. She grew the company in three years to 25 national locations with 100 employees, representing more than 500,000 square feet and producing more than $25 million in sales. She sold the company in 2008 to Preferred Offices, founded by Chairman, Oliver T. Carr, Jr., the former Chairman of Carr America.
