Northbridge Centre Launches Darth Vader Campaign

For as long as I’ve been in the commercial real estate arena, Northbridge Centre, located in downtown West Palm Beach, has been commonly referred to as the Darth Vader Building.
While many have considered the association to the Star Wars character as a negative descriptor of the building with the predominantly black facade, Gaedeke Group, LLC, the Dallas-based owner of the 21-story building, has finally submitted to the “dark side” reference and launched a new marketing campaign on YouTube starring the Dark Lord of the Sith himself.
But does Northbridge Centre’s reputation as the Darth Vader building carry enough force to become YouTube’s next viral sensation?  That’s exactly what Gaedeke Group intends to find out.
There’s a lot of competition out there – a lot of space for prospective tenants to choose from.  I love the lighthearted approach…and I applaud Gaedeke Group for taking a creative walk outside the box to set themselves apart.
