Four Tenants Leave Brickell For Downtown Miami
Steven Hurwitz, Madeline Fine, and Doug Okun of JLL represented Citigroup Center‘s landlords – Monarch Alternative Capital, CP Group and Tourmaline Capital Partners – in leasing 20,376 square feet of office space.
At least four of the companies relocated from offices in Miami’s Brickell Financial District:
• Plus International Bank, a service-oriented bank relocated from Brickell into a 5,736-square-foot suite last October.
• Andbanc, an Andorran private banking company, moved out of the 1221 Brickell Ave. building and into a 6,680-square-foot space sometime last year.
• Banco General, a Panamanian private banking company, also moved out of 1221 Brickell and now occupies a 2,160-square-foot suite.
• Max Borges Agency, a consumer tech and lifestyle brand PR firm moved out of the Brickell City Tower building and into a 2,819-square-foot suite.
• Resource Center Management, a Vermont management consultant company, signed a lease for 2,981 square feet of office space. Unlike the other new tenants, RCM is new to the Miami market.
Formerly known as Miami Center, the 40-year-old building is centrally located in the heart of the business district.
