Global Insurance Group Signs 23K SF Lease At 600 Brickell
As Brickell solidifies its standing as the preeminent hub for professional services firms drawn to prestige, connectivity, and amenity-rich office environments, global insurance group Howden has signed a long-term lease for 23,658 square feet at 600 Brickell World Plaza, a prominent Class A office tower located within Miami’s most distinguished business corridor.
Colliers Vice Chair Jonathan Kingsley and Associate Zach Smith collaborated with Jodie Poirier, president of Occupier Services, and Executive Vice Presidents Ian Gilbert and Bob Rosenthal to represent Howden in the transaction. Elm Spring‘s Vice President of Leasing, Ilene Munoz, represented the landlord, Brickell Holdings, LLC., in the deal.
