Miami-based has acquired a nearly 35,000-square-foot office building on Kendall Drive for $3.465 million, or $99 per square foot, according to the properties exclusive listing agent, Metro 1 Properties.
The building, known as the American Prime Building, located at 10631 North Kendall Drive, was sold by Lomar Investments in an all-cash transaction.
Tony Arellano, commercial sales director at Metro 1, represented both the buyers and sellers in the deal.
The Class B property is 93 percent occupied, according to CRE-sources data.
