Metro 1 Brings New Restaurant Chain to Broward

Salsa Fiesta, a casual Mexican-style restaurant, is opening its first location in Broward County.
Tony Arellano, Commercial Sales Director with Metro 1 Properties, represented the tenant in the 10-year, 2,600sf lease in Cobblestone Plaza on Pines Boulevard just west of I-75 in Pembroke Pines. The restaurant is slated to be open March 2011.
