Industrial Condos Fetch Nearly $7 Million

The owners of Contractors Business Park sold 36,562 square feet of industrial condo space in in the Pompano Beach location, along with 53,371 square feet of condo space in the West Palm Beach location, for a total of 89,933 square feet.
Jaluka Investments purchased 21,651 square feet for $1,300,000 on August 20 and an additional 14,911 square feet for $975,000 on November 13 at Contractors Business Park, located at 935 NW 31 Avenue in Pompano Beach.
Ted Konigsberg, SIOR, and John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM, of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, CD 54 Contractors Business Park Pompano, Ltd. in these transactions, and Jaluka Investments represented its own interests.
In a separate transaction, Vista CP Holdings, LLC purchased 53,371 square feet of industrial condo space at Contractors Business Park at Vista Center, located at 2701 Vista Parkway in West Palm Beach, for $4,600,000.
The sale closed on December 8.
Konigsberg and Dohm represented the seller, CD 74 Contractors Business Park Vista Center, Ltd. in this transaction. Vista CP Holdings represented its own interests.
