Infinity Commercial Finishes 2015 With Flurry Of Leases Totaling Nearly 40,000 SF

Infinity Commercial Real Estate completed six lease deals in the 4th quarter of 2015, totaling 37,291 square feet.
Ted Konigsberg, SIOR of Infinity Commercial Real Estate leased 21,445 square feet of warehouse space with an additional 1/2 acre storage lot at 10101 NW 79th Avenue in Hialeah Gardens to ITC Communications, LLC, a full service telecommunications service, for a term of 39 months.  Konigsberg represented the Landlord, Rifkin Investment Company, and the Tenant was represented by Edward Posada of Miami Dream Properties. The lease was signed on November 30th, 2015.
Konigsberg leased an additional 11,183 square feet of office space at Golden Glades Office Park, located at 1505-1525 NW 167th Street in Miami Gardens. Ted represented the Landlord, BRI 1814 GGOP, LLC, in the three lease deals.
Sherri Beregovoy of Infinity Commercial Real Estate closed 2 lease transactions totaling  4,663 square feet including a 3,217-square-foot restaurant lease at the Harbie Center, located at 10200 NW 25th Street in Doral, for a new location for Boca Grille and another deal for 1,446  square feet at Corporate Park of Doral. Beregovoy represented the Landlords in the deals.
