Industry Veteran Joins C&W's West Palm Team
Kevin D. Landers has been hired as a Director of Commercial Brokerage in Cushman & Wakefield’s West Palm Beach office.
Landers, a 16-year veteran of the Palm Beach commercial real estate market, comes to Cushman & Wakefield with an established track record of tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. He will join Director Mark L. Pateman’s existing commercial brokerage team currently comprised of Associate Director Tara England, and Associate Broker Michael Osiecki.
Mr. Landers most recently spent five years as Managing Director at Savills Studley, where he specialized in tenant representation. There, he built an impressive client list highlighted by Marks Gray, The Nicklaus Companies, Wells Fargo Advisors, Raymond James Financial, Caxton Alternative Management, Lytal Reiter Smith Ivey & Fronrath, Novak Druce, and Edwards Wildman.

Landers’ previous experience also includes stints at Kodiak Capital Partners, and the Gaedeke Group.
He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
