Just Closed: $17.5M Off-Market Fort Lauderdale Industrial Sale

Native Realty’s Jaime Sturgis represented both sides of the $17.5 million sale of a Fort Lauderdale industrial building.

Summerwind Properties LLC of Fort Lauderdale sold the 93,193-square-foot building to LPF Realty-FL LLC of New York. The transaction closed on July 15.

The building is located on a 3.2-acre property at 1600 NE 12th Terrace – just north of the city’s emerging Studio City (13th Street) neighborhood.
