Ken Morris Signs 10,000 SF New-To-Market Deal

Miami just landed a coveted new-to-market tenant. Miami Guild, the newest division of a Brooklyn-based company, is setting up shop in Miami Gardens.
Miami Guild is a design/build studio that’s home to artists, thinkers, designers and builders who create high-end trade show and marketing displays for retail brands and fashion houses. The New York brand also has a location in Los Angeles.
Doug Marshall of The Klabin Company/CORFAC International and Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International principal Ken Morris represented Miami Guild in the 10,100-square-foot lease. Angelo Napolitano Trustee is the owner of the multi-tenant property in the north-central region of Miami Gardens. Financial terms on the 36-month lease were not disclosed.
“From Miami Gardens, Miami Guild can get materials to its shop easily from most anywhere in Miami,” Morris says. “Miami Gardens is conveniently located close to existing clients and projects. Pricing was also a factor. The Guild got a larger foot print for less rent than if it has moved into the Design Center.”
