600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza has signed a 15-year lease with The Ferraro Law Firm, a nationally recognized, mass tort firm, best known for chemical, asbestos, pharmaceutical litigation and tax whistleblower cases.
The Ferraro Law Firm will occupy 21,300 square feet, the entire 38th floor of the new Class-A office building in starting in mid 2013.
The firm was represented in the lease transaction by Howard Ecker + Company’s Howard Ecker, Sharon Ellis, Brent Palmer and Pamela Parasugo.
“Relocating to 600 Brickell provides The Ferraro Law Firm with the opportunity to create efficient, first class office space in a great location at attractive lease terms,” said Howard Ecker, President and CEO of Howard Ecker + Company.
600 Brickell was represented in the lease transaction by Glenn H. Gregory and NoelSteinfeld of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

600 Brickell is also the only high-rise office building in Florida, and one of a handful in the world, pre-certified as LEED Platinum, the highest rating available from the U.S. Green Building Council.
