Levy's Matt Jones Reps Tenant In 20,000 SF Industrial Deal

Levy Realty Advisors‘ Property Manager/Leasing & Sales Associate Matthew Jones represented premium resort-wear brand Lagaci, Inc. in a 20,000-square-foot lease deal at Lakeview Center, a Class A industrial park located at 2201-2385 Stirling Road in Dania Beach.
CBRE’s Larry Genet, Tom O’Loughlin, and Harry Tangalakis are exclusive leasing representatives for Lakeview Center, a seven-building industrial park built in 1983. The park is owned by an affiliate of Industrial Income Trust Inc. (IIT).

“This deal demonstrates the strength of this asset as well as this market, where quality space is in short supply,” said Genet. “Prospering companies, particularly those looking for 25,000 square feet and under, are either upgrading or centralizing, moving from several small bays to full-service spaces under one roof.

In response to the growth of its resort and surf-wear business, Lagaci is relocating from its current 15,000-square-foot corporate office and headquarters at Dania Design Center to Lakeview Center. The move brings the 210,350-square-foot property to 90% occupancy and further tightens the availability of Class A industrial space in Southeast Broward County.
