Logistics Firm Leases 26,800 SF In Doral

CBRE has arranged a lease for German-based freight forwarding and logistics company Weiss Röhlig in the Prologis International Corporate Park. The firm will occupy 26,800 square feet in Building 16 beginning January 2014.
Previously located in PS Business Parks, the company has expanded their space by approximately 50%. CBRE represented the tenant. George Pino, President, State Street Realty, represented the landlord. The deal brings Prologis International Corporate Park to 100% occupancy as part of the 100,000 square feet of November leases completed by State Street.
”After a lengthy search, this facility met Weiss Röhlig’s quality and location criteria,” said CBRE Senior Vice President David Albert. “Facilities of this size and class are in high demand in Miami’s Airport market.  We worked closely with the client and the landlord to custom design a space that met Weiss Röhlig’s desired corporate image and created a more efficient facility.”
CBRE’s Albert, along with Devin White, Vice President, and Andrew Lehrer, Associate, represented the tenant.
