Miami UDRB Approves Landmark 47-Story Mixed-Use Development Tower

A new high-rise is set to transform Miami’s skyline at the crossroads of the Design District, Midtown, and Edgewater.

The Miami Urban Development Review Board has unanimously approved 3350 Biscayne, a 47-story mixed-use tower that blends modern architecture with a focus on community and livability.

Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, the 524-foot tower will deliver 499 residential units — split between 60% market-rate and 40% workforce housing — along with 8,672 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The project, developed under Florida’s Live Local Act, aims to support Miami’s push for equitable, high-density urban growth.

Residents will have access to extensive amenities on the 9th and 45th floors, while a louvered parking façade will serve as both an architectural and public art feature. With 620 parking spaces and sustainable design principles, 3350 Biscayne is positioned as a model for inclusive and environmentally conscious development.

The development team includes Tulip Developments Group (an affiliate of Tulip Group, managed by Kobi Elbaz), Berlin-based Ansorg Development led by Karl-Ulrich Ansorg, and Ofir Gabriel, Co-Founder of ReturnPro. Their collaboration adds an international dimension to the project, which totals more than 752,000 square feet.

Located on just under an acre at 3350 Biscayne Boulevard and NE 34th Street, the property is currently available for sale or joint venture partnership, represented exclusively by Michael D. Hinton, CCIM, of Lee & Associates South Florida.

“With UDRB approval now in place, 3350 Biscayne is ready to move from vision to reality,” said Hinton. “This project offers an exceptional opportunity in one of Miami’s most sought-after development corridors.”
